About the organisation

SAK PLC is a small consultancy firm which gives entrepreneurship trainings for unemployed youth, farmers and micro female entrepreneurs. NGO's are main clients.  

The business case

SAK PLC contacted SharePeople to find an expert who could help them find a way to attract private clients rather than organizational buyers like NGOs. The case was matched with Maarten Boddeus working at Yellowtail, a consultancy firm in the Netherlands. His experience in consultancy was off great value for this business case.

Results
Analysis
Maarten analyzed the case and the organisation by reading the business plan, talking to the owner and talking to 'associate consultants'. Also he red theories on marketing to learn more about it.

Major conclusions
SAK PLC should start working the private market instead of focusing on NGO's as clients. To make a start with this they should go and visit clients and do networking.
