Consulting a company for disabled in business strategy - India

About the organisation

Madhya Pradesh Viklang Sahayta Samiti (MPVSS) is a charitable, catholic organisation with a mission to realise total development of disabled people. MPVSS runs special schools, vocational training & production centres and a training institution for special education and training of teachers.

Via SharePeople, Carla Peeters , was asked to support MPVSS in defining a strategy to improve the sustainability of the organisation. Because of her great knowledge and experience she was really able to strengthen the organisation.

Analysis
The expert started with interviews with several persons in the organization and has written a draft report upon the input. After discussion with the CEO a meeting was organized with people to be appointed at the second management layer. During this meeting an activity plan with responsibilities and deadlines were prepared and after the expert enrolled a overall report of the meeting.
