Procedure
Step 1: Submit the online business case application form after checking the selection criteria.
Step 2: SharePeople will screen your application form and will contact you within 5 working days.
Step 3: Following approval of your business case, our Programme Manager will send you a checklist regarding (among other things) a step-by-step plan for working on your business case, formulating your personal learning goals, submitting your contact details, your photo etc.
Step 4: SharePeople will introduce you to suitable experts.
Step 5: Preparation and execution of the programme.
Step 6: Presentation of results to the management.
Step 7: Appointments concerning follow-up with the people involved.
Step 8: Evaluation with SharePeople's Programme Manager.
Costs
Your contribution consists of your full-time availability and active participation during the programme (2 - 6 weeks). Apart from your time investment, we ask you to organise and provide for full board and lodging and local transport for the participants for their services rendered.
