Group Programme Ethiopia

Most Dutch people associate Ethiopia with hunger, war and oppression. Share People introduces you to a different Ethiopia and offers you an opportunity to show her possibilities and opportunities. Through Share People you will be able to contribute to the development of small Ethiopian businesses in order to reduce poverty in Ethiopia.

 

In this Group Programme, you go with a group of 8 - 12 European participants to Ethiopia. The primary goal of this management development programme is to boost your personal and professional development and also the skills of the local entrepreneurs. After an intensive introduction to the country, the inhabitants and the culture, you work in a small team on a concrete business case.

 

Management development

Management development is firmly anchored in the Group Programme. An experienced Dutch coach is guiding you, on the spot, with your learning goals 24/7. You are able to experiment directly with new behaviour. This makes it possible for you to take important steps in your personal development themes in a short space of time.
