Ilse van Gulik Programme ManagerIlse worked for 5 years as Programme Officer at ICCO in the department ‘Latin America'. By order of ICCO, she did a couple of years' fieldwork in Brazil. Ilse studied development studies and economic geography. 'What fascinates me most is the exchange of knowledge and experience between different countries and cultures.' |

Marloes van Oorspronk Assistant Programme ManagerMarloes is responsible for the logistics and direct communication with the Dutch participants and entrepreneurs in development countries. The knowledge she acquired whilst studying Recreation & Tourism and Latin American & Caribbean Studies is very useful here. ‘I advocate bringing people from all over the world together, to exchange knowledge, in order to create a better world.' |

Mariska Kools Finance & MonitoringMariska has a background in facility management. She has lived in the Ukraine and in Poland for a number of years. There, during her voluntary work, she was touched by the circumstances in the mental healthcare. After Mariska returned to the Netherlands she worked as project manager and manager finance & administration for the Global Initiative on Psychiatry, an international NGO. "The people behind the numbers and figures to me are the basis: enterprising entrepreneurs make the difference!" |

Jonne Zweers Marketing & CommunicationsAs a student in Governance and Organizational Sciences, Jonne co-founded Utrecht Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) in 2005. With SIFE, he developed a microfinance project for Philippine women. At SharePeople he is responsible for marketing & communications and he succeeds Elise Vonk. ‘I know from my experiences in SIFE that entrepreneurship provides people in developing countries with confidence and really improves their social-economic situation.' |

Willemijn Land Account Manager
Willemijn has a professional background in recruitment and talent management. Her last job was at Getronics. Willemijn studied Dutch Law in Maastricht. Since September 2009 she joined SharePeople as recruiter. 'It's inspiring to meet professionals who want to stimulate sustainable entrepreneurship in developing countries by sharing their knowledge. Thrown back on their own, they discover their authentic leadership. I truly believe in this mutual interest: developing countries, developing leaders!' |

Stephanie Binning ConsultantStephanie has an international background with both German and British roots, travelling and working extensively around the world. Most of her working experience has been within search and recruitment, deepening into people development. She studied Chemistry & Geology at Leeds University in the UK and has followed various courses in philosophy, psychology and coaching. "SharePeople facilitates a fantastic program where professionals can share their knowledge whilst developing both their inner and outer compass. This creates lasting value to themselves, their company and the social entrepreneur and encourages authentic leadership."
